REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
The Quarterly accepts returns or exchanges on regular priced merchandise, unless otherwise noted as Final Sale, within 14 days of the shipment date.
Returns past 14 days of the shipment date will be issued in the form of a store e-credit only.
We cannot accept returns after 30 days from the shipment date.
We do not accept returns on sale merchandise, or accessories. This includes, but is not limited to: masks, eye masks, water bottles, wipes, yoga mats, personalized or monogrammed product.
The Quarterly reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy, is worn or washed, missing tags, exhibits indicators of use for photo shoots or production use only, or if we identify an unreasonable, repetitive return pattern associated with your account. Footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. We will not accept the return back if there is damage to or omission of the box.
All returns will be processed in your original form of payment less shipping costs.

- Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount
- Return shipping label and instructions will be emailed along with return authorization number
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Returns or exchanges are welcome within 14 days of shipment date.
- Online: Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request your return authorization number, no questions asked! You will receive your shipping label, return authorization number along with instructions to return your goods.
All returns will be processed in your original form of payment less return shipping costs.
All items returned must be in resale-able condition (unworn, unwashed) with the tags attached and the original packing slip/receipt.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE TO PROCESS?
Once your return is prepared, you can drop it at your local post office.
Upon receipt to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for us to inspect and process the return. When your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on the original form of payment.
CAN I RETURN ONLINE PURCHASES IN-STORE?
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
- Online: For fastest processing, please follow our returns process for your item and place a NEW order if you are in a need of a different colour, size or item.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If an item is damaged or defective, please request a return authorization via email@example.com. In the body of the email please include your order number, a picture of the damage and a short description of the issue.
WHEN DOES MY FORM OF PAYMENT GET CHARGED?
You will be charged upon order placement. Any canceled items / canceled orders will be refunded to the original form of payment. If cancelled after our one hour grace period you will be subject to a $5 restocking fee.
I'VE CHANGED MY MIND AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER?
We understand! If you would like to cancel within one hour of placing your order, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders cancelled after our one hour grace period are subject to a restocking fee of $5.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
We typically ask for 2 business days for an order to be processed and shipped out.
Orders placed after 12pm EST will be submitted for processing the following business day. All expedited orders must be placed on Thursday before 1pm EST in order to be processed and shipped out before the weekend.
Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume.
